  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after we receive full payment of the retreat fee.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat start date.

3. Retreat Participation

  • Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the retreat.
  • Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants and staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without a refund.
  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the retreat.
