Mann Yoga Retreat Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Mann Yoga Retreat, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring a smooth experience for all our participants.

1. Cancellation by Participant

• More than 30 Days Before Retreat Start Date:
  • You will receive a full refund of the retreat fee.
• Between 30 and 7 Days Before Retreat Start Date:
  • You will receive a 50% refund of the retreat fee.
• Less than 7 Days Before Retreat Start Date:
  • No refunds will be given.

2. Cancellation by Mann Yoga Retreat

• Full Refund:

  • If we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

• Notification:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible if a retreat needs to be canceled and will work with you to reschedule or refund your payment.

3. No Show Policy

• No Refund:
  • If you do not attend the retreat without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

4. Early Departure

• No Refund:
  • If you choose to leave the retreat early, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the retreat.

5. Refund Process

• Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

• Payment Method:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

6. Force Majeure

• No Liability:
  • Mann Yoga Retreat is not liable for any refunds or compensation in the event of a force majeure event (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions) that forces the retreat to be canceled or rescheduled.
